Who Are We?
We've been exactly where you are.
For 16 years, we ran local businesses ourselves. We know what it feels like to watch a promising lead go cold because you were heads-down on a job. We know the exhaustion of being the owner, the manager, the customer service rep, and the marketer — all at once. We watched friends face the same walls we did, and we felt the frustration of stagnant growth despite genuinely great work.
When we discovered what AI solutions could do for businesses like ours, we got excited. But then we noticed something that bothered us: almost everyone offering these tools was leading with the technology, not the problem. They were selling AI agents to business owners who were too burned out to learn a new platform — and too busy to see results that never quite fit their real situation.
We made that same mistake early on. We sold products when we should have been solving problems. That lesson changed everything about how we work.
